This project involves the construction of a 4-lane Greenfield bypass on the northeast side of Gorakhpur, spanning 26.616 km. It starts from NH29E (Km 83.308) and ends at NH28 (Km 285.100). Part of the Bharatmala Pariyojana under NHDP Phase-7, the project aims to improve connectivity and reduce traffic congestion in Gorakhpur by diverting traffic from the city. The work is being executed under the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) mode by VCIPL, with NHAI overseeing the development.
